Round 3 of TORC Nationals was held in Efmod track on 8-9th of July. Atmosphere was great and relaxed as usual, only problem was very hot weather and windy conditions which challenged the cars and the drivers.
On Saturday I was able to TQ both Nitro Touring and EP Prostock categories with clean qualifiers. My NT1 & T4 were perfect and from first lap I had the perfect setup which I copied from my R1 setups and never looked back all weekend.

| Sunday was also without any drama for me, locking win in stock with a P1 in first two finals. Great battle was for 2nd position between young XRAY drivers Ahmet and Poyraz. In first two finals, Poyraz had the upper hand with fresher tires. He started from 3rd on the grid and put great pressure on Ahmet, and with older tires, Ahmet could not defend his (2nd) position. As I sat out on A main number 3, they battled it out and Ahmet, in a greater shape, took the win. Poyraz had to settle with 3rd position on the podium. |

In nitro touring I led the 45 minute race from start to finish, only small problems being a flame out in tire change and an off because of a mistake by my side. Otherwise it was perfect.
Again, battle for 2nd position was very thrilling between Onur Vardar and Halit Körpe, after Onur recovered by a flame out at the beginning of the race. 3 laps to go he overtook Halit and claimed second place. Seperation between the two was 0.9 seconds.
